Welcome to the website of New Life Midwifery. My name is Amber Thatcher and I provide a personalised, independent midwifery service to women and their families who are considering or planning a home birth. I also provide support and advocacy to women who are planning hospital births.

I believe that the birth of a baby is the single most precious moment in any parent's life, and I am passionate about providing individualised, personal care to women and their families.
